Hill Coleman LLC, a boutique CPA firm based in South Walton, is seeking a highly qualified, motivated individual for the position of Full-charge Bookkeeper/ Client Services Specialist. Position responsibilities include:
Write-up, payroll processing, payroll and sales tax preparation services for multiple clients
Firm administrative duties, including mail, greeting clients, answering telephone, processing and recording firm accounts receivable and accounts payable
Processing quarterly and annual client tax returns and periodic financial statements
Candidates must possess the following skills and characteristics:
Proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Online
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a CPA firm environment
Honest and trustworthy; ability to maintain utmost client and firm confidentiality
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
Operates well as a team player
Ability to work independently and manage workload without supervision
Desire for a long-term employment relationship, committed to continued professional development
Organized and self-motivated
