Alongside of the employing Wealth Management Advisors, is responsible for providing world class service to develop and maintain existing client relationships. Acts on behalf of the employing wealth management advisors to communicate with clients, prepare materials, maintain and service (including conducting annual reviews) investment accounts. In a client facing situation is typically alongside an employing wealth management advisor. Roughly 1/3rd of time is spent client facing (usually with one of the team Wealth Management Advisors), the remainder of the time is spent "behind the scenes" managing client accounts, updating plans, taking care of client service requests, etc.
Series 7, Series 66 or 65
Trust services experience preferred
The following designations are desired: CPA or CFP
Five years in securities industry with experience
Trading experience, ability to process personal securities transactions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking, financial analysis and problem-solving skills required.
Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely and quality manner.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients.
Ability to look beyond the obvious and not stop at the first answers.
Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
