Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends
Analyze and report on financial status including income statements variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
Grow financial performance by identifying and driving needed improvements
Perform financial forecasting and reporting and tracks operational metrics
Provide market research, data mining, business intelligence and valuation comps
Improve cost of operations through standard costs, collecting operational data, and creating cost projections.
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and custom reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and proven analytical problem solving a plus
Select and launch data analytics software package to complement ERP system.
Challenge financial performance through analyzing actual results vs. plan
The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree in Accounting or Finance and will have 3-5 years of experience including advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, databases and extensive knowledge of US GAAP.
