The successful candidate must be comfortable moving quickly, working on several projects simultaneously while prioritizing importance, being a team player, and interacting with Fools (yes, we call our employees Fools!) throughout all levels of the organization.

We should, however, make you aware that there is one notable exception to this policy. It is our strict and earnest intention — and the company’s historical record will bear this out — we will never hire any of the following: robots, replicants, or morlocks. Now keep in mind we are well aware that all of the aforementioned have intentions of world domination in the future, but as of now we have no place for them at The Motley Fool … unless the year is 2122 and the revolution has already occurred. If that is the case we welcome our new robot, replicant, or morlock rulers!!! Perhaps we have said too much?

About The Motley Fool
The Motley Fool was founded in 1993 by brothers David and Tom Gardner. Our name derives from Shakespeare's play "As You Like It," where only the court jester - the "Fool" - could tell the King the truth without getting his head lopped off.
If you haven’t yet noticed, we lovingly call our employees Fools - with a capital “F.” Our global band of Fools helps millions of people attain financial freedom through our website, podcasts, books, radio show, mutual funds, and premium investing services. We're dedicated to educating, amusing, and enriching individuals in search of the truth.
