Conducting day-to-day activities of audit engagements for multiple clients as directed by a Manager or Partner.
Assuming responsibility for various portions of audits under supervision.
Communication of auditing matters and issues to Senior Staff, Managers and Partners
Becoming proficient at auditing financial statements for clients.
Becoming familiar with pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Boards and AICPA.
Familiarization with current accounting principles and auditing techniques.
Becoming oriented with Firm’s practices, policies and culture.
Performance of other duties as necessary.
Undergraduate or graduate
0-2 years experience
Should be preparing for or already passed the CPA
Meets educational requirements for CPA
Solid understanding of accounting and audit
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
