Are really busy providing internal accounting services (non-tax) to our clients;
Know what needs to be done, and don't have time to do it, or to train someone how to do it;
Are a great team of hard-working, fun-loving people, and;
Really need help from someone who can "jump right in"!
Are now or already have been a Controller, Finance Department Manager, Senior Staff Accountant or similar;
Have overseen staff and numerous accounts at the same time; e.g., working for a CPA firm back office, a bookkeeping agency, an employer who had multiple companies, somewhere with multiple things going on at once;
Can “do” AND “manage” at the same time;
Have a solid commitment to good communication, excellence in your work, customer service;
Have significant experience with various financial software, including QuickBooks, QBO, and Xero;
Are familiar with all "standard" services of an internal accounting department (A/R, A/P, bank recs, payroll, sales tax, month-end and year-end closing processes, balance sheets, P&L reports, cash flow statements, cash management, financial analysis, chart and file setups, audit support, journal entries, etc.);
Like to ask questions;
Like challenges and hard work;
Have minimum 5 years of management experience
Have minimum 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
Multi-industry experience a plus.
Experience integrating accounting technology platforms a plus.
