Tax Manager, Global Mobility (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Philadelphia, PA. Assist multinational organizations in deploying an international workforce from start to finish, including complex tax, planning, administrative and strategic aspects. Provide individual tax compliance, tax planning and expatriate tax program policy and administration design services. Build, maintain and utilize networks of client relationships and community involvement. Oversee resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Tax, Law or a related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Tax, Law or a related field plus, 3 years of related work experience.
Require one of the following Certifications: U.S. CPA license or foreign equivalent, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar, Global Professional in HR or Global Remuneration Professional.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Providing individual tax planning for employee cross-border movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process;
Assisting clients with individual tax compliance, tax planning and expatriate tax program policies and administration designs;
Identifying and addressing client needs; and
Balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Travel up to 20% required.
