We are an established South Orange County Public Accounting Firm looking for an experienced Tax Associate with one to three years of tax and accounting experience. We provide Individuals and Companies with specialized accounting, tax and business consulting services. We are located in the heart of Orange County within the Irvine Spectrum.
If you have two to three years of Public Accounting experience with tax preparation, this position may be perfect for you. This is a hands on position and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Preparation of Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust Tax Returns.
Financial Statement preparation for businesses (monthly, quarterly and yearly bookkeeping).
Sales, Property and Payroll Tax Return preparation.
Familiarity with Lacerte, EasyACCT, QuickBooks a plus, but not required.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
1 to 3 years public accounting experience.
CPA eligible or CPA licensed.
Tax Generalist with experience preparing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S and 1120.
Bookkeeping and Financial Statement preparation experience.
Experience with Quickbooks and Lacerte Tax Software a plus.
