Successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience
Able to work independently
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent listening skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent Excel knowledge
Knowledgeable in forecasting and financial analysis
Creative problem solver
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software, including Power Point
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks
Progressive experience across multiple companies
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
Prior work in manufacturing environment
Able to travel, within a days drive
Flexibility in hours
Prior exposure to consulting, a plus
