Become a major contributor to the financial reporting process for clients of Brownson, Rehmus, & Foxworth, Inc. The incumbent will be responsible for gathering and organizing information from clients and others. Incorporating the information into the portfolio accounting system and preparing accurate and informative financial reports for clients. These reports will be reviewed by the associate and principal in charge. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for contributing to improving the financial reporting system that supports effective investment and financial decision making for all clients as well as an overall information network system supporting these reporting functions. Additional portfolio and financial analysis supporting the advisory function will be required.
Maintain Portfolio Center Client Input and Reporting
Preparing materials for review prior to sending Quarterly Reports and client meetings
Assemble client new account and other forms for custodians / investments
Other duties as assigned related to portfolio analysis and financial planning
