Prepare financial reports, statistical information & schedules in the Oracle Projects module & General Ledger; prepare revenue & expenditure projections and estimations. Manage budget controls & accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with policies & laws. Act as lead coordinator for all Auditors during for annual financial audit & other year-end activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or directly related field with minimum eight to ten years directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive experience with Financial System implementations preferred. CPA preferred.
Knowledge of governmental or school finance gained through extensive years of directly related experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of the construction accounting process gained through extensive years of directly related experience.
Demonstrated organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position and department.
