Montgomery Taylor, CPA is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor. The qualified team member is expected to perform the following:
• Work directly with managers and partners on a variety of tax engagements • Prepare Partnership, Corporation, Fiduciary and Individual tax returns • Assist management with supervision and training of entry-level staff • Assist partners and managers on tax planning projects
Montgomery Taylor, CPA is an established CPA/financial advisory firm (fee-only) serving clientele in the northwestern United States from our office in Santa Rosa, California. We are in the family wealth management business focusing on high net worth individuals, families and business owners. A licensed CPA
A minimum of 3 years in public accounting--doing tax prep work
Solid technical knowledge and research skills in tax
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of accounting software systems, such as Lacerte, SurePrep and Quickbooks
Attention to detail
Ability to work overtime as needed
Desire to always be learning and contributing
