Advisory Manager, Investigations Manager (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Houston, TX. Help clients protect opportunities by working with them to strategically prepare for and manage the changeable complexities of the evolving threat landscape and by investigating fraud, assisting in risk management and mitigation, and identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities. Utilize core forensic capabilities as well as skills in accounting, financial analysis and technology to prevent, investigate and remediate the issues arising from regulatory, legal and commercial minefields that can damage a brand and bottom line if left unchecked. Help clients become ‘threat-smart,’ and develop dynamic, adaptive strategies before a crisis occurs.
Establish and maintain client relationships and understand issues facing clients who are confronting corporate investigations, litigation and regulatory enforcement challenges.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Working with corporate governance requirements and SOX with respect to executing a corporate investigation, including understanding the requirements under Section 10a of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with respect to illegal acts;
GAAP and internal controls including understanding internal control methodologies, terminology and design effectiveness;
Analyzing information and writing formal reports for communicating to clients and/or Regulatory bodies, and identifying and addressing client needs; and
RIM, Information Security, Privacy, Forensics, Database Administration or complex modeling.
Travel required up to 80%.
