The Global Corporate Controller (“GCC”) is a key role at QSC that manages overall Accounting and Finance operations for a growing company. We are looking for a dynamic person with deep knowledge of the accounting and finance functions, including an in-depth knowledge of US GAAP and global consolidation of international entities.
Overall, GCC directs the financial affairs of the company and prepares financial analysis of operation, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules for the guidance of management. This position is responsible for maintaining the company's system of accounts and keeping books and records on all company transactions and assets. This position will establish major economic objectives and policies for the company. GCC will prepare reports which outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and future operations.
GCC will work closely with external partners, such as audit accounting firm, tax accounting firm, bankers, and insurance brokers. Experience with managing these various type of relationships is required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting (or Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting).
CPA certification is required with active status
10+ years of experience in accounting, with recent experience with a manufacturing and/or distribution company (privately or publicly held) with revenue of higher than $200MM
Extensive experience in using a large ERP accounting system. Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience is highly preferred.
