Job Description The Financial Services industry is operating in a challenging environment due to global economic pressure, increasing regulatory demands and capital requirements, and significant operational and technology changes. Our growing Financial Services Advisory team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help major financial institutions around the world respond to their most complex business challenges. The Financial Services Advisory practice is composed of three industry sectors: Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance.
Our industry specific technology consultants help clients solve business challenges leveraging the latest industry applications.

Position/Program Requirements Minimum Years of Experience: 3
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of and success in roles as a functional team member assisting clients in the consultation, design implementation and support of technical solutions and improving business processes, which includes the following:
-Understanding various application based solutions in one or more specific modules, as well as the common Industry issues facing clients. -Participating in proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities
Skills Preferred: Demonstrates proven thorough abilities to design, build, test and deploy technical solutions across various applications, including assisting with technical efforts that involve the development, design, implementation and support of business processes. Demonstrated proven thorough abilities and success in roles with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. Demonstrates proven thorough abilities as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and
respecting the work-life quality of team members. Demonstrates proven thorough abilities to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, which includes whitepapers, studies and client briefings.
-High level of experience with Investran, including conceptual design and configuration -Thorough understanding of key Investran concepts and referential Data Structures (Fund/Investor structures, Deal structures) -Accounting Model (GL Accounts and Transaction Types) -Allocation Rules -Historical transaction conversion - use of Data Conversion templates (DIU) -Report Wizard development -Active Template functional design
